This policy explains how Maison Mollard handles personal data when you visit maisonmollard.com or contact us.
Who we are
Maison Mollard is a creative studio run by Robert and Madelen Möllard. The data controller is Möllard Enterprises AB, organisation number 556857-1649, Rehnsgatan 15, 113 57 Stockholm, Sweden.

When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to reply, to discuss a possible project and, if we work together, to prepare proposals, agreements and invoices.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps before entering into an agreement with you.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we enter into an agreement. Accounting records are kept for seven years, as required by Swedish law.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, for example which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes data such as your device, browser and approximate location. It does not give us your name or contact details.
Google Analytics is only activated if you choose Accept in our cookie banner. If you decline, it is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google may process data outside the EU, in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can read more in Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Necessary cookies keep the website working and remember your cookie choice. They are always active.
- Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics, only with your consent.
Fonts
The typefaces on this website are provided by Adobe Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Adobe’s servers to download the fonts. Adobe receives your IP address in order to deliver them, but states that it does not store it and that it does not set cookies to serve fonts. Hosting
Our website is hosted by Websupport. Like all web hosts, their servers process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Links to other sites
Our website links to Instagram. When you follow a link to another site, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use your rights, write to studio@maisonmollard.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
Changes
We may update this policy if our website or our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
