Creative direction for brands, hotels and restaurants.

Maison Mollard is a creative studio run by siblings Robert and Madelen Möllard. We help brands, hotels and restaurants find a clear direction for how they look, feel and are experienced, in spaces, in images and in the details that connect them. Considered, personal and made to last.

The Concept Study

We define a clear direction for expression, space and atmosphere, gathered in a concept book with materials, colours, references and sketches. You receive a sound basis for deciding the next step, whether you take it with us or with someone else.

How it works

Week 1 · Meeting. A half day on site to understand where you are, where you want to go and what the constraints are.

Week 2 · Concept. We develop the direction and check in with you along the way.

Week 3 · Presentation. We present the concept book on site, together with a proposal for the next step.

Two rounds of revisions are included.

About

We are Madelen and Robert Möllard, siblings with complementary backgrounds.

Madelen is an artist and creative director working across painting, objects, site-specific works and interiors for private residences. She has worked with H&M, Théâtre du Châtelet, & Other Stories and Aarke, and her work has been published in Architectural Digest, Vogue Scandinavia and ELLE Decoration. In 2025 she was invited by NK Inredning to create a window installation at Nordiska Kompaniet during Stockholm Design Week. Trained in art direction, she brings a precise sense of material, colour and detail, and knows what to choose and what to leave out.

Robert is an engineer with an eye for aesthetics and an artist with an eye for engineering. He has spent nearly ten years on architectural projects, leading digital design, coordination and visualisation. As an artist, he has been published in Vogue Scandinavia, ELLE Decoration and Designboom, and has collaborated with The Macallan. He knows how a space is built, and how to take an idea all the way to delivery.

We share an atelier in Stockholm and have worked side by side for many years, from styling music videos and photo shoots to a site-specific exhibition in the Grand Suite at Nobis Hotel Stockholm and an art car for MINI and Vogue Scandinavia. We are currently working together on interiors for private residences. Together we combine an artist’s eye with an engineer’s precision, supported by a network of makers and suppliers who help us carry it through.
